From Lived Experience to Legacy Work

Hi, we’re Kris and Jordana, partners in life, parenting, and purpose.

We’re raising three strong-willed, big-hearted daughters (14, 13, and 11... yes, it’s as wild as it sounds). For us, emotional regulation isn’t just theory. It’s a daily practice, a survival skill, and a family value.

The Whadju Code™ began as a quiet need, a need to calm the chaos, soften the shutdowns, and find our way back to ourselves (and each other). I (Jordana) had spent years as a highly sensitive creative, collecting tools to navigate a fast, loud world. Kris brought the structure, the calm, and the strategic brain to turn those tools into something real.

We created this system because we couldn’t find anything that felt like us:

  • Science-informed, but still soft
  • Rooted in nervous system research, but emotionally intuitive
  • Practical, but never clinical
  • Grounded in truth, not trends

This isn’t therapy.
But it’s deeply therapeutic.

We’ve walked through grief, burnout, emotional shutdown, and rebuilding, together. The Whadju Code™ is the toolkit we needed but couldn’t find. Now, it’s the toolkit we offer to you.

It’s honest. It’s human. And it works.

The Whadju Code™ is a values-based emotional regulation system designed for families, communities, and professionals from all backgrounds.

It is free from spiritual rituals or religious instruction, allowing users to apply the tools within their own personal, cultural, or faith-based context.

This system has been reviewed to ensure compatibility with halal principles for Muslim audiences, and is designed with respect for all belief systems. We welcome optional adaptations that align with the user’s values, faith, or traditions.
